Schedule, start, and join TeamConnect WebEx meetings

With TeamConnect WebEx, you can initiate a web conference at any time by visiting www.TeamConnectConferencing.com/join. Be sure to include this URL in your meeting invitations.

For a TeamConnect scheduled conference, the web conferencing URL is included in your conferencing details:

  • on screen during the scheduling process
  • in the confirmation email that is sent to you when you schedule a call through TeamConnect
  • when using the iCal feature, the URL will appear in your system-generated invitation

The WebEx session is always started by entering the same chairperson passcode you use for the audio portion of your call. Participants join by entering their participant passcode.

First-time users should allow 3-5 minutes to download the WebEx plug-in before the meeting.
